There is a possible bonus component paid out the following year around March tied to your position. Competitive for advancement to other teams or departments. Would say the bank is more top heavy managers, vice presidents, supervisors compared to more middle tier or lower positions. Learning how the farm credit system works can be a bit of a learning curve and take some time.
