Pros
CoBank is a great employer with dedicated leadership and a mission oriented purpose. Good benefits, flexibility in my role, and a competitive incentive plan all make me enjoy my job immensely.
Cons
Pay could be better, but overall it’s a great place to work! Clearly the IT team was going through a restructure, so many of the negative reviews reflect that. Other teams have not been impacted in this way.
