Pros

Pay is good compared to the cost of living. This is a place where your voice is definitely heard. We have meetings to give feedback on future product updates to make sure every team can provide input. Now is a good time to join as we are very small but growing rapidly. As new departments are started there will be internal mobility possibilities and opportunities to grow within Co-Construct.

Cons

I think the con's here are the same that you would find at any small company. There are not infinite resources available as there would be at a Microsoft or Apple.
