Pros
Excellent starting salary + benefits package; From day one, co-workers were enthusiastic about welcoming me in to the family and helping in any way they could. Overall morale remained high during my time with the company and there were several incentive based programs to encourage the sales team.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind here. Unfortunately, due to the unexpected pandemic and it's effect on our target market, lay offs were unavoidable. I am truly appreciative of the time I spent with the company and would work there again in the future.
