Pros

The pay was average for the stated position... but less than adequate for the actual job responsibilities. *Most* of the management was helpful and the training was extensive.

Cons

Most of the management was okay, but one was particularly toxic. The stated responsibilities of the position didn't begin to touch the actual width and breadth of the things we had to do. One of the biggest issues was dealing with customers' budgeting in the software and having to do what amounted to accounting (which is way beyond the scope of a customer support rep). I was told to always ask questions to help with solving customer problems, but was later told by management "you ask too many questions." I was told "you should understand this by now" when what I struggled with was accounting questions that were beyond the scope and training of the job (I came to the position via a tech/IT background). They got bought by Buildertrend and were talking to other employees about advancement but never once talked to me about it. They iced me out soon after. Best thing that ever happened to me. My mental health suffered under the immense stress of the job and the lack of support, along with the toxicity of one manager in particular.
