Pros
Great products, great co-workers, very nice and helpful staff at corporate office. For someone new to the real estate industry or outside sales, this is a great company to get your feet wet and learn the business as well as learn the basics of outside sales for business to business as well as meeting great connections in the industry.
Cons
I would say in my opinion you would think for a tech company they would use tech capabilities to get more exposure, sales and customer management rather then still concentrate on dated sales tools as focusing on cold calling and hounding prospects over the phone rather then using email, drip campaigns, networking events, apps and what truly works as in face to face introductions, follow up calls and working referrals. Not all sales people are good in person, but I feel I get much more accomplished so I personally would rather spend 80% of my time in the field rather then cold calling people out of a phone book or phone list. This is only what I found that works better for me though and I am one that has the experience in sales and the real estate industry so this of course could be why I feel that way.
