Dynamic and innovative products. If you thrive on constant change, you'll be in heaven. You can earn a good living there.
Cons
However, the stress and pressure you will be under will not match the compensation. If you love selling in a 30 day sales cycle, quota driven, metrics environment, where sales reps and middle managers are leaving in droves, then this is the opportunity for you. Upper management by and large come from outside the CRE industry and are relatively clueless to the needs of brokers and other CRE professionals. Pass on this opportunity.
