      Great people, good money, ok benefits, free fruit and tea/coffee

      Cons

      Horible soul destroying job, call centre, clients hate your calls, you need to repeat who CoStar are and benefits of using it every time you talk to a client (you talk to the same people at leats once per month), which makes you feel really stupid. Clients find it patronising, but Andy Florance insists on using the script, which he created. Stress, fear and anxiety is a norm. Constant change without warning and very little explanation. Run!!!

      I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

      I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
