Pros

Location, salary, people (shrinking rapidly, lot of good ones gone)

Cons

Gone are the trophy laden glory days of times gone past, replaced by a rookie squad lacking direction, motivation and any form of worthwhile tactics. This is most definitely a team in crisis. Since the start of 2017 the group have witnessed a plethora of staff leaving, with 40+ moving on. With a usual squad of around 100 in Glasgow this represents a worrying turnover level. Many experienced campaigners have sought pastures new, which only continues to do harm to an already fragile and inexperienced line-up. Some have even cancelled their contracts, with the idea of not competing better than turning up to the daily grind. Attempts were made to bolster the squad with some new US imports, but that did little to instill confidence, causing more fear and panic than a boost to their defences. The majority, having now left, have been badly bruised by their UK experience. Management continue to pass on orders, with confusion over the source of these seemingly bizarre tactics. Why try NFL rules in the UK? Who is really running the show? I doubt the UK directors have much clout against the wealthy owner, known for his love of getting involved in the tiniest of details. Not quite studs on boots but not far off! There’s now talk of a possible relocation, fitting for a US led operation who are known for showing little sporting loyalty. As for the poor paying public the service on offer continues to lack the quality it once had. Constant change, player turmoil, risk of relocation, poor loyalty and most worryingly lack of proper direction help provide a product getting poorer by the day. It looks like this team will be taken to extra time but how long can they continue is anyone’s guess. Shot shy, devoid of any tactical nous they really have let this team get out of their depth, both domestically and in Europe.

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
