Pros

It's a bit of a cliché but the people genuinely do make it worthwhile coming into work every morning.

Cons

After being told for months that there wouldn't be any plans to close the Glasgow office - our suspicions were confirmed yesterday when we were told that there is a 'proposal' to shut the office by the end of August and make everyone redundant. A lot of people suspected it but there has been absolutely no transparency between the Glasgow & London offices. No trust between employees and upper management either. As well as people losing their livelihoods, the clients will also suffer as well. The researchers in London simply aren't up to the task and have proven this time & time again when Glasgow are asked to fix their mistakes (without even a thanks!). CoStar have always said they're a company who sell data - well the data side of things is about to take a massive dip in quality. Regarding the job itself.: Ridiculous metrics that seem to change more than the weather in Glasgow. All decisions come from the US which means the management in Glasgow are powerless and have to do as they're told. Dishonest upper management. No incentives or motivation within the office. For over a year Glasgow has been treated as the ugly sister of CoStar.

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
