Cons
*I literally can't think of anything, within the analyst group. *Generally speaking, I'm not sure if the bonus structure is that motivating. Tallying points may be more cumbersome than it's worth. I was under the impression that the bonus would be larger than it turned out to be, when I was first hired. I think it was somewhat misrepresented. But the work was great and the base salary was a big bump from what I was making previously so I didn't complain. *no stock or profit-sharing until year 5, I think. I would have loved some CoStar stock.
