Pros

Brilliant people, great place to work, amazing views at the offices and great support from management. Everyone is so nice in all departments, and yes, there is pressure on metrics, but at the end of the day, it helps grow you as a person, and realise what you are actually capable off, plus you are very well supported, my line manager (SG) does an amazing job of making time for you, when he himself is so short on time, he is willing to go the extra 20 miles to ensure that the whole team is well supported, personally do not know how he does it, but that's why he is the regional director, because he makes time for all. I can only see this company moving from strength to strength because of the team, the people in charge are visionaries and they are all the right people that are going to move this company forward.

Cons

As long as you work hard, there are no cons.

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
