Pros
Gets you in the door of the commercial real estate industry. On site management is great and treats you like a person.
Cons
Upper management at corporate hates you. Auditors will scream at your clients and make your life harder. The pay is not what is advertised on their website. You will be lowballed. Training will be your worst experience in your professional career. Its a mess. 3 weeks of inefficiency in a unventilated room with no windows wasting several hours a day away from your family. Managers from corporate will come into town and pitch fits cursing and yelling. Network infrastructure is weak. For a "technology" company, the technology is very poor and inconsistent.
