Pros
Great products, the money can be good if you're successful
Cons
Weak upper management are ultimately afraid of speaking up the CEO who is known for firing people who blink at him. Constantly shifting landscape, zero loyalty, even for employees with decades of service. He once fired a dozen new hires for having their cameras off on a non-interactive zoom training. The next day he fired their manager. It was an entry-level training - he was listening in the whole time while yet another merger was falling through He's hired entire 75+ person teams one year, then completely shifted gears and fired them all the next year. Do not expect long-term employment here - he believes the product sells itself and wants to eliminate most sales staff in exchange for an online sign-up for clients and a few dozen phone reps.
