We are discouraged to read your other comments about clear expectations feeling like just a number. We recognize and appreciate the hard work put in by our people, and know that it is because of that hard work that CoStar Group has become the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces, with products and services that are highly valued by professionals in this industry. We can't state enough how much we truly value the contributions of our employees who understand our vision and work day in and day out to bring that vision to life. In terms of clear expectations and direction, we find it is most helpful to have candid conversations with your manager to make sure both sides understand the expectations, timelines and deliverables being communicated.
