Pros
Good building, good location, company likes to spend on company events for employees (ex. Xmas party at Art Gallary in DC). If you're starting off new to working environment, its a good place to gain experience on how a corporation works.
Cons
very bureaucratic, middle mgmt is not good, its the upper mgmt that runs things. Company culture is egoistic and has a sense of "we're the best in the business".
