Pros

Metro benefits, Gym, Young staff.

Cons

As Managers, we were coerced into aggressively polluting CoStar's research department with relentless deceit, chintzy contests, and above all hostile career threats. That place is toxic.

Any form of deceit or threat to an employee’s career is not the workplace atmosphere that we want at CoStar Group. Please contact hrdepartment@costargroup.com to further discuss this issue, as we want to ensure this kind of behavior is not repeated, let alone encouraged. As in most jobs there are certain numbers that must be met in Research in order to ensure the quality of work is being done at the right efficiency, but CoStar Group works hard to instill in managers and directors that Research is not based on just metrics – we look to evaluate researchers based on the quality of their work and the service they are able to provide to their clients. While we do try to find creative and new ways to help researchers increase efficiency, we know the importance of the relationship between researcher and client, and that value is something that cannot be measured in a number. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we are looking into the issues you brought up as they do not reflect the goals of this company and should not continue.

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
