Pros

The people are world class, the office is nice (Shard), and the job is very much a 9-5 - you won't be expected to work late.

Cons

So many metrics and different tasks to do. Simply you have to source your own leads, lead the demos, do all the account management, the customer success role and wear a finance hat too to chase invoices / bad payers etc. All this becomes very overwhelming, especially as all the above are tracked and monitored with the most metric driven micromanagement I have ever seen! I have been there for just over one year. In this time I have seen 22 out of 30 account managers leave and be replaced. The staff turnover is insane. If you want an idea of what kind of culture this company breeds, Google "CoStar daily mail" OR "CoStar Business Insider" OR "CoStar Forbes".... that is right, this place has made the news!

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
