Pros
Pay ? But is it really when you consider how much you work? I would say colleagues are the best part most likely because everyone is in the same boat. And that boat is being sabotaged by management... One true pro is the gear, you are using top-quality cameras and lenses. Sadly no time to use them properly.
Cons
Being micro-managed is the worst, especially for a job that has a part of creativity. You are being monitored and scored on every aspect of your job. Hiring people that have years of knowledge in their field and brainwashing them won't make for the best of outcome. Maybe this job would be more suitable for people just starting out in photography. The goals are ludicrous. Everyone is burned out after a few months. The data that comes down to Field Researchers is wrong most of the time, but hey since you have to deliver so many a day you end up not saying anything as otherwise, you will need to work even more. I can hardly see this as a career.
