Emphasis is on quality of work over quantity, and we look at the value of information added to the system and the development of relationships with clients. Managers are responsible for determining how their teams function, including how the team takes on any necessary projects or working with any employees who appear to be struggling, and provide ways to help them improve. Research has time and time again taken on new tasks that have an urgent need to be completed to provide clients with more robust information, and it does not go unnoticed. Researchers’ hard work and resourcefulness are recognized by senior management, who weigh those factors in future roles and projects that help to give those individuals more opportunity to grow at the company.
