Pros

Straight forward tasks, except for their comparable reports that’s learn as you go, it takes up about 20% of my day, fast pace so day goes by quickly, beautiful office location

Cons

Very limited flexibility with their goals and projects. They said since we didnt reach the target one month we have to double it the next month. Managers sole purpose is to audit your work, there is very little support in your work - meaning if executive team wants to launch a new project, the researchers daily work that gets audited and counts towards their metrics suffers because they expect you to turn the same quality work while working a new project. You will be calling people who have never heard of costar and people who don’t want anything to do with costar every day. The people you call are not always paying clients who welcome researchers call. The success of your time at the company depends on how many tasks you can hit complete, and if you are a quality worker who doesn’t want to pass half baked ideas you will suffer. The work get repetitive. There is little growth for workers in the company, they mention it’s performance based but it’s also based on budgeting so just because you exceed expectations they won’t necessarily promote you.

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
