Pros

I honestly can not think of any.

Cons

If you are considering an offer to work here, do yourself a favor and gain a few years of your life by rejecting it. They will walk you through the old building and point to construction and how their new digs will be the tallest building in Richmond, blah blah blah. None of that matters. Since I have been here, my comp plan has changed 4 times and I make less and less each year. Even if you excel you are treated like a number and that you don't matter. Management is garbage. Some of them may be ok but most of them will email you stern emails if you are in mid month and teetering on your goals. Even if you make your goals or sell a huge deal worth 10X your goal, these negative emails end up in your HR File, so you could never be promoted or be rehired. One of the managers gave his entire team of 10 people 1's and 2's for their annual reviews (out of 5), ensuring that none of them could move win the company be it a lateral or upward move. It is metric driven. They want to know how many calls you are making every day and how many meetings you set. Then they want to go to the meetings with you. Everything is recorded. It is micromanagement at the highest, and m ost toxic level. Every single person I know, working for LoopNet is unhappy and regrets their choice to work here. The turnover is insane. Most are actively interviewing. Also, our clients hate us. Try walking in the door to meet a broker and they already hate you and treat you like nothing. CoStar does not know how to manage people and retain clients. Such a shame.

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
