      -Salary -bonuses - total time off -stock payouts -medical insurance cost and options -employee discount

      Cons

      -abusive micromanagement from the regional level especially in the Midwest Outlet Region -no autonomy to make decisions as a store manager -being treated like your hourly when your salaried -regional manager level
