Pros
Great pay Great benefit Good product
Cons
Setting sky-high sales goals without giving teams the right product mix or enough stock is just a recipe for failure. When I point out glaring operational realities and am told to 'change my mindset'. Framing a discussion about concrete operational bottlenecks as a need for a 'mindset change' shifts the focus away from structural logistics solutions. Pointing out gaps in our product assortment and stock depth is a data-driven reality check, not an attitude problem. For the team to succeed, we need to bridge the gap between our high sales ambitions and our actual inventory capacity. I fully understand the philosophy that we can achieve whatever we set our minds to but a growth mindset must be backed by operational reality.
