Pros
Coach has many great perks such as their discount, in-house amenities and their new space in the Hudson Yards is breath-taking.
Cons
Cons: majorly more cons that pros. Coach does not value their employees. During their 2016 lay-offs, (even though the company was on target with their earnings) they laid of a huge amount of people that were major contributors. There are people that are vile and should not be in the creative field or have people interactions at all that still have positions within the company. How this company is swimming in international waters with the other big fishes is beyond me.
