Pros
One of the best managers I've ever worked with, it's very important for a retail store. I feel like I'm supportive by her and it motivates me work harder. Average and a little bit better salary and benefits than other fashion brands. I love the my coworkers, very helpful.
Cons
Sometimes it could be competitive, which may stress me out. It really depends on which store you work at. If you are surrounded by a group of positive, fun, helpful coworkers, you will enjoy this work a lot!
