Pros
Friendly & supportive environment, great benefits, thorough and continual training, generous monthly sales incentives that aren't commission based. I was promoted from within the company and can confidently state that they reward initiative, hard work and dedication to the brand.
Cons
Overall direction and focus seemed to shift often as the company was in a period of reinvention/re-branding, but this may not necessarily be a negative thing for others.
