Pros
The discount was good. I was able to receive bonuses for being a top-ranked seller. The day can be extremely fast-paced or extremely slow, depending on the day of the week and season.
Cons
At this particular location, the management is (as of December 2018) incompetent and selfish. The store manager at this particular location expects the associates to slave in order to make sales and add on merchandise. However, he refuses to pay the associates for what they are worth. It's both insulting and disgusting. As an associate, you can sell/rank $20,000 worth of merchandise for the store monthly, yet your paycheck will barely reach $1500 for that month . The management knows it's unfair, but they don't seem to care since they are salaried employees. They are going to get their money regardless, it doesn't matter to them what the hourly employees make.
