      Pros

      Great bonuses and benefits. Great pay for sales associates.

      Cons

      benefits only for certain positions. the company is going in the wrong direction and is trying to push out all of the employees who have been there for a long time. A career with Coach is hard. They hire from outside of the company for promotion slots.
