Committed to both the customer and the employees. There is contant learning and development. Good career growth in the field. DM's are involved and available.
Cons
The current dress code is horrible and reflects poorly on the brand. The teams don't feel like they are dressed to go to work at a luxury brand. Need to managee the egos of some of the corportate teams.
