Sales representative - Sales Representative Coach Employee Review

It is totally depend on management. The team I am in has poor ethic of management. One time I felt not well in the afternoon and politely ask if I can have a early off, my manager said how come u not feel well? U can even shopping at lunch break just now. I am surprised how poor ethic the company has. I am pretty sure other teams in Coach has better management.
