Pros
Pay and benefits were excellent, still miss the insurance and bonuses .
Cons
Never ending frustration with trying to attain goals despite lots of returns and low foot traffic. Conversion was key but so is Adt and Upt. In our store it was extremely challenging to over come the small purchases and add on higher ticket items to achieve a bigger ADT . The days dragged at times and everyone wanted to use a coupon or promo even if nothing was going on.
