Strict dress code. All black attire but it has to be certain styles which typically aren't cheap to purchase. They say you can express yourself but you only can with tattoos, no colored hair, facial piercings, etc. Which is a corporate decision so management doesn't have control over it but for a company that wants you to express your individuality, you're extremely limited in that aspect.
