Pros
The best reason is if you love fashion and you love high end retail you're surrounded by it! It's not an Aeropostale, it's Coach, so the quality of customer is above what you would get in a Wal-mart. It's also a great place to work part-time while in college, they work very will with college students.
Cons
No commission, the dress code is not flattering. Honestly, it hurt me to have to rip up damaged bags knowing they cost a fortune. Also, it's got your typical retail problems.
