      Pros

      Old colleague before they resigned.

      Cons

      Unfairness. Favouritism. Not being recognised after working more than 5yrs, no career advancement. Took almost 8yrs to gt promoted to senior sales. Store and asst store manager only push and help the favourite staff with sales and for promotion to the big bosses.
