      Pros

      The people and peers were amazing. Great pay and bonus structure. My district and Regional Manager was also amazing and very involved; they wanted lots of feedback and were very receptive. I have and always will recommend Coach to work and to buy from… the quality of the bags really are amazing. Great resources to initiate learning about product and processes during downtime.

      Cons

      Lateness in product due to Covid but “sell what we have” and expecting an increase in revenue when we have little to no product or product nobody wants. Certain policies are outdated
