access to enroll in benefits the moment you’re hired. bonuses (team share) are GREAT!
Cons
understaffed. HIGH turnover rate. no work/life balance as a manager. constant schedule changes. inconsistent & inadequate training structure. allowed to work 9 consecutive days without a day off of asking for vacation time or pto. working more than 5 consecutive days is normal for managers. the overall management structure could use a lot of work. too many people doing everything gets confusing.
