Business Outlook
Pros
One of the biggest perks is the generous discount and the semi annual sample sales. The biggest pro is the flexibility and the ability to work remotely. Upper management is very approachable and communicates well.
Cons
Used to be a phenomenal place to work until recently when the company began a company wide cost cutting initiative in which they began to eliminate positions domestically and outsource internationally. Morale is on a BIG decline especially in the Finance Area. Team is overworked and undervalued. Major changes impacting the way Coach does business drastically and not in a positive fashion. No optimism for the future...
