Advisory practice is completely rudderless. All of the competent people have left, and the rest (including senior leadership and the EVP) have no idea what to do. Re-orgs happen every 6 months and they can’t pay people enough to stay. Offshoring of talent to Argentina continues and the org proudly boasts about their large presence there now. Quiet layoffs and out-of-nowhere PIPs were common for years and have only accelerated.
