Pros

The company is pretty laid back and gives a pretty good benefits package. Pay was decent. Good work/life balance with options to work from home and to flex hours.

Cons

Workload is up and down with some times being really busy and other occasions are really slow. Depending on the department, there is not a lot of room for growth.
