Pros
Benefits , retirement? Job ? There are few pros ! This company was to be a career move and quickly became a mistake with all the chiefs here and little to none indians !
Cons
Drama , poor management skills , gossip , cry babies who think they are entitled to special treatment, specialized treatment of delinquent supervisors , countless incidents yet still employed , being managed by a non maintenance having skillset for a supervisor / chief / liaison who oversees a maintenance department and has no idea what he is doing .
