      My time at Cobblestone has been hugely beneficial for me to learn how real corporate sales team works. The people I work with are great. I hope to get hired full-time when I graduate.

      Not much. They give me achievable daily goals and are flexible with my schedule.

      Pros

      - Nice Coworkers - They're actively trying to improve the product

      Cons

      - They will drop you as soon as it's convenient for them without much thought. There's very high turnover as a result. - Inconsistent feedback from management - Management doesn't seem to trust their own employees and often it's their way or the highway - Poor compensation and benefits compared to other companies and the benefits have gotten worse as time went on
