      Pros

      I just started at this company and I am very happy that I took the position. I am new to sales and wasn't sure if it was right for me, but this team is very professional and I love the role. The other sales reps and management are really knowledgeable and help you every step of the the way to build confidence. I think this will be my long term employer if I continue to work hard.

      Cons

      I would say that it takes time to learn the software, but they break it all down to bite size milestones in an onboarding sheet so it is definitely achievable. I honestly can't say enough good things about the team and management.

      Pros

      - Nice Coworkers - They're actively trying to improve the product

      Cons

      - They will drop you as soon as it's convenient for them without much thought. There's very high turnover as a result. - Inconsistent feedback from management - Management doesn't seem to trust their own employees and often it's their way or the highway - Poor compensation and benefits compared to other companies and the benefits have gotten worse as time went on
