      Pros

      This was the perfect spot for me. I wanted to get out of my previous industry but I was worried about jumping into SAAS. The trainers and management here helped me every step of the way to build my confidence and knowledge. I'm already doing great and have a pretty good pipeline. I really like my coworkers. Its a good combination of fun and professional.

      I've been here a little over a year and am so happy.

      Pros

      - Nice Coworkers - They're actively trying to improve the product

      Cons

      - They will drop you as soon as it's convenient for them without much thought. There's very high turnover as a result. - Inconsistent feedback from management - Management doesn't seem to trust their own employees and often it's their way or the highway - Poor compensation and benefits compared to other companies and the benefits have gotten worse as time went on
