- Nice Coworkers - They're actively trying to improve the product

- They will drop you as soon as it's convenient for them without much thought. There's very high turnover as a result. - Inconsistent feedback from management - Management doesn't seem to trust their own employees and often it's their way or the highway - Poor compensation and benefits compared to other companies and the benefits have gotten worse as time went on
