Generally friendly employees across other departments. Job sites are easy to work in, a lax environment for anyone used to working 80 hours a week.

Cons

Tries to get you terminated over tasks that are outside your job scope. No training, or communication on what's needed. Holds grudges in the work place. Overall, unprofessional/unorganized environment.

Only pro is working with people you like and look forward to seeing.

Cons

The once a year raises suck. Overworked and under paid. Have to have 2 jobs just to keep up with the cost of living. Not equally paid for the amount of knowledge and things you do vs a new employee coming in. The company doesn't care how long you have been there and they try to force you out the door.
