Pros

The community at the store was wonderful and helpful as all heck. I enjoyed getting to meet my regular customers and chit chat. It's a family there.

Cons

Of course, with families, they can be disfunctional. Working in the pharmacy, there were many regulation and rule changes. My manager was probably the worst part of the job only because her approach to certain situations would be unapologetically aggressive.

Only pro is working with people you like and look forward to seeing.

Cons

The once a year raises suck. Overworked and under paid. Have to have 2 jobs just to keep up with the cost of living. Not equally paid for the amount of knowledge and things you do vs a new employee coming in. The company doesn't care how long you have been there and they try to force you out the door.
