Good Co-workers, good benefits, some reliable supervisors. That was about it. Car allowance helped with payment but not much more
Cons
Leadership was disconnected from daily procedures. Goals were easy to obtain but the tracking they make you do and extra work forced on to you completely ruined any personal life you may have. Vacation time was nice but if you werent still reachable you were looked at like a slacker. Once we transitioned from CCR to CCBCC the entire atmosphere changed. People were more condescending and called every thing you had to say an excuse. Even if your boss understood, they would still get pressure from management. People were leaving left and right because of outrageous expectations. CCBCC turned good, honest people into self-righteous drones with zero personality. It is a shame too because the job was once a proud thing to have
