Great brands. (I can't leave a review unless I put 5 words, I couldn't come up with anything else, so I'm just leaving this part to submit the review)
Cons
Non existent leadership. Leaders inspire you and set the example. Bosses make demands and threats.....I would say there are a bunch of bosses. Expects "Day 1 minute 1 execution" on "last minute, next week" support. System is flawed as all the responsibility of the entire company falls on the Sales department. Distribution fails at their job, you're held accountable. Merchandising fails at their job, you're held accountable. I did not feel like I could come through on any of my commitments for my customers anymore because of the lack of support and care of the system. They are ONLY concerned with the bottom line and trackers over the concerns of the customers. CCBCC only operates and benefits off of efficiency at the expense of the sales team and people. They will work you until you collapse to make 25 cents. Don't expect a life whatsoever. Work life balance is non existent. Don't bother expressing your concerns as it appears that you complain too much and any concerns are simply just dismissed. I suppose the most disgraceful things about the company is that they claim they Honor God in all they do, Morals, and accountability......this is not even close to the case at all. There is no time at home with the family, no time to volunteer, to watch your kid's games, etc. It's a shame because they have the best brands to compete against their competitors, but no place is worth the torment and frustration of trying to accomplish the seemingly unsatisfied management team's goals. If you live to work, this is the place for you. If you work to live, RUN! Consequently, if the company remained CCR, I wouldn't be leaving this review..... CCBCC took over and it destroyed anything we had built in the community.
