There’s some really good people here, they are just working against processes that are very broken Distributor of Coke products ( an independent bottler)
Cons
Communication- basic understanding of processes in many departments falls way short, lots of misdirection and confusion. CEO is out of touch with employees- enough of the pdf’s via email. Get out and interact with employees, departments etc face to face. Lead when the company is struggling, that’s when your employees need you the most. Vacation- please get with the times its 2018, 2 weeks vacation is not acceptable for new hires Christian culture- I love the email signatures quoting scripture by some employees, then those same people berate employees in front of staff, hypocritical. Many of these recent reviews- I interact with at least 6 different and large departments across the company and in the field, at least a few hundred maybe more employees, I would love to know which department you work in. Raises- public information in their earnings have shown this company has done extremely well over the last 5 years, yet low single digit raises are the norm during times of financial success My disclosure- These are solely my opinions based on the company.
